    Portrait Tips

    * Bring several changes of clothing for a varity of looks for your portraits.

    * Choose colors that highlight your skin tones and do not take the attention away from your face or compete for attention.

    * Solid colors work better than wild or bold prints.

    * Props: Simple props work well to add personality to your portrait. ( Letterman jackets, awards, Sports equipment like a football, ice skates, can add a personal touch to your photo). If you have any ideas for personalizing your session let's discuss the possibilities!

    * Most important, get a good night sleep the night before your session so you look great!

    * Make-up should be natural and light, don't overdo it. Don't experiment with a new hairstyle the day before your session, your photo's should look like the real you!

    * If you are including other people in your photo's it helps to co-ordinate your clothing options.
